Coach Nick has extensive wrestling experience and competed at a top level in both high school and college. At The Lawrenceville School, Coach Nick was a 4 time State Prep finalist and as a senor was the State Prep Champion and was voted The Outstanding Wrestler. Coach Nick also earned All American honors by placing at The National Prep Wrestling Championships. After Lawrenceville, Coach Nick took a Post Graduate year at Blair Academy where he wrestled on Blair’s prestigious College Prep team and represented the State of New Jersey by wrestling on The New Jersey State Team. After Blair, Coach Nick attended Princeton University where he was both a Varsity wrestler earning All Ivy League Honors and also played on The Varsity 150lb Football team (now called Sprint Football) where he earned All League Honors and was captain of the team his senor year. Throughout Coach Nick’s high school and college career, he worked at numerous wrestling camps and was also a volunteer wrestling coach for Xavier High School in New York City. Coach Nick moved to Belle Mead in 2002 with his wife and daughter and has volunteered his time despite not having a child on the team. Coach Nick is a consummate technician and also leads the team for Strength and Conditioning and we are very grateful for his time and services.
